- Work Process
Injection moulding process
Injection moulding is an important moulding method for processing thermoplastics or thermosets into various plastic products.
Small solid plastic pellets are dissolved in the hopper of the moulding machine and then extruded into a mould.
The mould consists of two halves with small holes inside. The hollow shape of each hole is the shape to be made.
The dissolved plastic is injected into the hollow holes and the plastic cools and recondenses into a solid
The moulded plastic is sent out to be trimmed and packaged as required and transported.

We can make injection mold
Our designers and engineers all use AUTO CAD and software to check 2D and 3D drawings. We can check the drawings with PDF, AI, DWG(CAD) and STP(3D) formats.
Yes, but you should charge the freight by yourself. We can return the fee if you place a bulk order.
For months, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then also will be thin films on the mould, finally pack into non-fumigation wooden case. And as to products, we will pack into stander export cartons or as per customer's requset to pack.
Yes, we can produce by technical drawings or samples.
Generally, it take 40 days ( 30 days do mold and 10 days do mass production).
